So excited! I got Autumn Blend Lentils for Chicken Curry that I am making tonight!!! It was suggested that I put up a recipe for my curry… But I don’t really “do” recipes… Chicken thighs, curry, coconut milk, peas… S&P served over lentils cooked with 1/4 the spice packet and a lot less water… What are some of your favorite curry recipes??? I do love new ones!!!
